Kourtney Kardashian Longs For Dad
August 21, 2009 -As pregnant reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian looks forward to her first child with boyfriend Scott Disick, she admits that the experience is "bittersweet" without her father, who passed away in 2003. "I wish my dad was here, but I know that he is here with us [in spirit], and I feel like this is definitely a blessing from him," Kourtney, 30, tells PEOPLE.
"I would love for him to be here and experience this all. I feel like he would be so happy." Kardashian adds that her mother, who divorced Robert in 1989, feels the weight of his absence on her daughter's behalf. "My mom was crying, like, 'Your dad would be so happy.' And you know, I feel like it's cool, because I feel like he's here."

Kardashian says, "It's bittersweet, and that's how I feel about getting married, too. I almost don't want to get married because I don't want him to not be there."

She explains that her dad's legacy will be the parenting skills he demonstrated. "I would like to be how my dad was as a parent to us," she says. "He would always be our friend, but not too much. We would know that we could go to him and tell him everything."

"Definitely you want to spoil your kids," Kardashian says. "But I want them to learn responsibility and want them to make their own money. My dad taught us that."

Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Catrall At Odds Again

August 21, 2009 - Sex And The City 2 stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Catrall are reportedly arguing before the film has even started shooting. Kim, 52, is currently getting over her recent split from boyfriend-of-five-years Alan Wyse and Sarah, 44, is reportedly not being supportive.

Sarah recently became a mum again after a surrogate gave birth to her two daughters - Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge. A source said: "Sarah is too busy to comfort Kim or worry about her problems at the moment, and she basically told her as much. "Kim has been moping around, feeling sorry for herself and Sarah basically told her to snap out of it and buck up her ideas. Kim didn't take this too well and there is a very frosty atmosphere between the girls right now. "They only speak to each other when absolutely necessary. The film producers are hoping this row doesn't escalate and threaten the entire movie. "Both actresses are professional but they are two very different people."
